Botanica was built on landscape architecture.
Across residential communities, hospitality environments, mixed-use districts, educational campuses, and large coastal developments, our work focuses on shaping outdoor space as part of the overall development vision.
While execution operations are anchored in Egypt, our design work extends beyond it. Botanica has delivered landscape architecture across Egypt and in regional markets including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar. These projects vary in regulatory context, climate, and development scale, yet require the same design discipline and coordination rigor.
Landscape is never treated as an afterthought. It begins with understanding how people move through space, how levels resolve naturally, where shade is required, how water behaves, and how planting will mature over time. These decisions are made alongside architecture and infrastructure, not after them.
Our scope includes concept landscape strategy, masterplanning, detailed design development, and coordinated technical documentation. Each stage builds logically on the one before it.
Scale ranges from intimate residential environments to multi-million square meter coastal masterplans, but the approach remains consistent: clear spatial structure, climate-responsive planting, material integrity, and long-term usability.

Execution is carried out from Egypt, where Botanica Landscapes built its site systems, contractor network, and nursery operations.
Landscape construction is managed as a controlled technical scope. Levels are verified before hardscape begins. Irrigation and drainage are resolved before planting. Materials are tested against site conditions, not selected from catalog images.
Botanica Landscapes delivers full landscape construction across residential communities, private estates, hospitality, and mixed-use developments, including hardscape works, softscape installation, water features, irrigation networks, and outdoor elements.
Our in-house 10-acre nursery supports plant consistency and supply planning. It does not replace market sourcing; it stabilizes it.
Where Botanica Landscapes executes, site coordination is direct. Where Botanica designs regionally, documentation is developed to be buildable without on-site dependence – clear sections, resolved interfaces, and planting strategies that respond to climate and maintenance realities.
The objective is simple: Designs must survive construction, and built work must reflect design intent without improvisation.
